TO BLOG OR NOT TO BLOG

This year my 9th grader English teacher required all students to create a blog in which we students must post at least three entries every month or every two months. Since I am an opened person it was really nice for me to have this new concept of blogging to my life. In my blog I was able to talk about my love life, my passions, criticize guys and also give some girls advices. Therefore for me blogging was a great new experience, and since I was very into it and always had ideas that I liked for blog posts made me even more interested about the whole blog experience. However, I think that for those who do not like blogging or are not interest on sharing their personal life or what they like can be really hard to blog and at times annoying. I believe that the next year freshmen should make their blogs and keep on writing in them because it is not that hard, the students can choose about whatever they want to talk about and it is also an easy way to put their grades higher if they put effort into it. I’m really happy I had the chance to start blogging and next year I will probably keep on blogging! But for now I’ll take a break from blogging.
Goodbye blog,
With love,

The Power Of Makeup

I love to look for makeup tutorials videos on YouTube, because I enjoy learning how to get better on how to use it from people who have much more experience or are just passionate about make. Even though I believe makeup does not change who you truly are and that no girls in the world need makeup to feel pretty, I encourage girls to use it as much as they want, because it will only make them more confident of themselves.  So last week I found this video about this girl called Cassy, who has very strong problems with acne all over her face & body and in the video she teaches girls how to make their skin look amazing with a little help of our loved makeup. Cassy in the video says that fortunately her skin has getting better over time but it still looks awful, and since she works with makeup her skin has to always look perfect. So here in this video she teaches girls how to deal with their acnes if they have it, or just simply help girls improve their making up skills. If you are just the type of girl who loves make up, you surely need to watch the video now. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex33wtqnNz8&feature=player_embedded

Hope you liked it!

Royal Wedding

I know the Royal Wedding happened a few weeks ago, but yesterday I was looking at a website about some news of the Royal Wedding and I read this curiosity that I didn’t know before I had read it. It is about the Victorian Era, in which the bride should wear “something old, something new, something blue and something borrowed.” And of course, the bride, Kate followed this protocol.

  •         The Something Old that Kate wore was the sob reposition of rend in her dress, techniques called Carrickmacross. The something old is used to represent the continuity of family values and traditions.

  •          The Something New which Kate used was the pair of diamond earrings that she got from her parents, Carole and Michel Middleton. The pair of earrings was designed by Robinson Pelham. The Something New represents hope for the new life, the new couple.

  •      The Something Borrowed was the tiara-halo from the Queen Elizabeth II, who got the same tiara from her mother when she was 18 years old. The something borrowed must be has to be from someone who have or had a happy marriage, so it can transmit good energies from their marriage to the new couple. This object also shows the importance of loved people on the day of her marriage.

  •       The Something Blue was the little blue applications on the skirt of Kate’s dress. The something blue has two meanings. First that the color represents love and fidelity and the second meaning is that supposedly the color blue serves to move away the jealousy.

Advices

Most of my best friends are always having problems with guys, some everyday and others every week. It’s funny that there is never one friend of mine who has not having only one problem with a guy. The funny part is that they think that I know a lot about this topic and they ask me for advices. Since almost all girls in my age (15, 16) are always having problems with guys. So I decided to write a blog on advices for the girls, here are some rules& tips if you want to conquer a boy.
Girls who are trying to get boys who are shy:
-          Don’t wait for the guy to start the conversation, because that’s such a waste of time!
-          Try to talk to the guy and his friend approaching to him slowly. You’ll make him trust you and be your friend and he will be more opened to you.
-          Be friends with his friends and ask them if you have chances with the guy you like.
-          Start the conversation but not every day, talk to him every other day or 3 consecutive days talking then the other 2 no.
-          Let him misses you
-          After you start the conversation let him start with a topic to the conversation

Girls who are trying to get boys who are players:
-          Never start the conversation
-          If you want to talk to him so badly, talk to him, but do not seem obsessed.
-          Don’t answer quickly. Let him be wondering for a while why you’re not answering
-          Never ask him a lot of questions, because he might lie to you
-          LET HIM MISS YOU
-          Don’t ever make him jealous
-          Don’t  pay too much attention to him
-          The tip here: is to let him wait and missing you. Because the player guys are generally looking for easy girls, so let him miss you and want you

Girls who are trying to get outgoing guys:
-          You’ve to go for it
-          Don’t  let him wait for you
-          That’s actually the type of guys who you always need to talk to and most of the times and start the conversation
-          Never let him hanging on the conversation
-          Show him your funny and sweet side
-          Always try to do something and go out on a date with the guy

Hope that helps! Girls never forget that for all types of boys it’s good if the girls be a little bit mysterious sometimes. That makes the boy more interested. Well good luck with your guys girls.

Shakira's Concert

I know that a while ago, I did a post about David Guetta and that was for sure one of the best nights of my life. However, yesterday, March 27th I went to Shakira’s concert in Venezuela and that was the best night ever!!My luck started with me getting seats in the first row and getting to go not only with my family, but also with my two best friends. The same best friends that I went do Guetta’s concert with. Seating on the first row, was PERFECT! We could not only see Shakira perfectly but she could also see and hear us!! I cannot forget to mention that the band that opened Shakira’s concert was TRAIN! Yes, TRAIN, the band who sing Hey Soul Sister. The most excited part of the night was when the singer of the band Train came down to crowd and started singing to us, and I got to touch him TWICE, yes two times, with my both hands. Another great part was when Patrick Monahan, the singer, signed the shirt he was using and threw at us, and my best friend got the shirt. Yeah I know awesome, it could not have been better. Monahan also took picture of the crowd in which I appeared because I was on the front; I was so happy, so happy! But the actual happiness became when Shakira got into stage, she is gorgeous! She is a perfect dancer, amazing singer, really sympathetic, nice and the clothes that she wore were super pretty and cool. The best parts of her song were when she sang and danced “Sale el Sol” and later on “Waka Waka”. We’ll all her concert was pretty good, but for me those were the best parts! I had so much fun in that night, and I would do everything all over again. Even though I have no voice right now I would scream again and even more and I would totally go to her concert again. YESTERDAY WAS AMAZING! I LOVE TRAIN AND SHAKIRA! WOW. Good job Shakira and Train. I loved it.

Text Messages

On this past weekend I found out that there are only two reasons why people save their text messages:
1- Because in this message there is something important to you or...
2- Because this someone who send you this text message is important to you, doesn't matter what is in the message.
I found it out this weekend because I started rereading all my saved text messages, and trust me I remembered of every single one of them really well. Some of them have no meaning for me now, but surely they had a huge meaning at some point in my life. There were other messages that had nothing good on it, but just seeing from whom it came from, made me smile. Others text messages are from some people who I don't like but their content were and still are important for me anyhow. I know that seems boring but for me rereading all my messages made me realize how much time I spent worrying about some of these messages, or how much time I spent replying or trying to fix something through a text message. So I decided that from now on I will solve all my problems with someone face to face and stop living around my text messages.

TUMBLR

A few weeks ago, I found out that there was a new social network going on the internet called TUMBLR. I didn’t know what this website was for, but I actually decided to do one account. After a day of using TUMBLR I got totally used to it. I figured out that TUMBLR is a social network where you express your feelings and imagination through quotes, pictures, videos, chats, text and audio. Since I’m lover of quotes and ways to express my feelings; I totally fell in love with TUMBLR at that moment when I learnt how to use it and started to use it. All my friends loved my TUMBLR, they said that they could figure out how my personality works just from it, and they all made a TUMBLR. They all started liking it and getting addicted to it, just like me. Even though we liked this new social network, we thought it got boring after all, because we started to use it so much and that made us with no ideas for posts. So we came to the conclusion that TUMBLR is nice up to a point which you are not addicted to it. I also truly believe that TUMBLR is one of the best social networks ever created because there you can put whatever you feel and think; there is no right or wrong. It is just what you want to write and that’s all. If you are reading this post and you are wondering if you should or should not do a TUMBLR, I’m telling you to go ahead and do it. Well, have fun.
